The effectiveness of your donor communications is limited by your ability to understand their motivations, speak their language, and nurture a message that resonates with their hearts. The components of a Messaging Strategy are at the fingertips of any organization, but often it is murky in its conjunction with development plans. In this session, organizations will learn how to engage more personally with their donor audiences and build a messaging infrastructure to use in their communications plans to pave an avenue of engagement with their donor audience.
