Epic Boxes | Crossroads Youth & Family Services
The Epic Boxes program will deliver boxes to local middle school students to help them manage mental wellness. Each box will include supports such as bibliotherapy books, art therapy supplies, journals and materials for play therapy and other supplies. These supplies will help the student adopt healthy choices and prevent risky behaviors.

Move Through Recovery | The Virtue Center
This program assists participants in reducing their trauma symptoms through a specialized therapeutic trauma-informed yoga session. It is offered for free or low cost, removing accessibility barriers. The sessions create a safe space for participants to reduce their trauma symptoms and learn self-regulating skills for managing their trauma symptoms.
How Did Year One Go?
Due to the pandemic, we had to shift the yoga program to virtual sessions. We provided 35 virtual Facebook Live yoga sessions which are posted on our Facebook page with a total of 3,530 views and counting. We were able to purchase all the equipment needed to provide services in-person once the pandemic subsides.
