ABC School Supply Program

Each year, United Way of Norman distributes free school supplies to low-income families in Norman and some surrounding communities.  Around 1,000 students receive school supplies from the ABC program every year.

Pre-K through 12th grade students in Norman, Noble, Little Axe, Lexington and Robin Hill are eligible to apply for the ABC School Supply Program. However, families must meet specific income guidelines to qualify.

The United Way office is at 2424 Springer Dr, Suite 304 in Norman.

Income Guidelines

We use Federal Income Guidelines to determine who can receive free school supplies. Any family who meets the levels on this list are eligible.

WHAT YOU NEED

Families must bring all of the following information to the intake process in order for their application to be processed:

  • Current proof of income- This includes documentation of all TANF, DHS and SSI funding, payroll, child support and/or any other sources of income.
  • Current proof of residence
  • Social Security cards for all family members
  • Current Drivers License or Photo ID card

PLEASE NOTE: Unless ALL INFORMATION is supplied, your children's information CANNOT be processed or approved.
