Welcome to Day 1 of our 5 Days to Give United campaign!
United Way of Norman mobilizes our community to action so all of us can thrive. This week, that starts with us! Through local partnerships, United Way funds programs that help kids succeed in school, build financial stability, ensure access to health care, and support families in crisis.
In Norman, that means: kids getting tutoring and mentoring that keeps them on track in school, neighbors getting a hand up instead of falling through the cracks, and families finding real support when they need it most. Your gift stays local and helps our neighbors, co-workers, and friends.
Meet Alice
This week, we also want you to meet Alice. She works full-time, has two kids, and she's doing everything right. But she's also one car repair away from disaster. Alice is ALICE - Asset Limited, Income Constrained, Employed - and she represents 1 in 3 households right here in our community.
