This session is on December 10, 2019 at 8:30 a.m. It will be held at the United Way of Norman office, 2424 Springer Dr., Suite 304 and last about an hour and a half. All nonprofit organizations are welcome!
This session will focus on Time Management and will be taught by Debbie Davis. Debbie is the Chapter Chair of Quest Executive services, a coaching, educational and consulting organization that focuses on the connection between behavior and productivity. Debbie has numerous professional credentials and has a passion for finding opportunities in challenges faced by people and teams.
Participants will gain:
- Strategies for prioritizing and setting boundaries around your time
- Tips to mitigate activities that hijack your time
- How to say “no” gracefully
- Options for improving self-care
